If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Any damages or faults must be reported to Totally Greyhound within 7 days of receiving an item.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be returned in the original packaging. Please keep your postal receipt.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns will not be accepted unless all of the above conditions are met.

Purchaser will be responsible for the postage to return any item unless it is damaged on arrival, plus any additional postage to ship a replacement item

Any items which require measurements (coats, collars, jumpers etc) will not be exchanged or refunded if Totally Greyhound are given incorrect measurements, and the item therefore does not fit.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within 30 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

Unless the product is faulty or damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
